Our Story
FraduGroup was founded in 2007 by two ambitious South Africans, Frank and Duduzile — the name itself a blend of their own. What started as a small home kitchen catering business quickly evolved into a multi-division company with interests in property development, hospitality, and commercial consulting.
Before launching FraduGroup, Frank gained hands-on experience in the UK, buying and flipping bank-repossessed properties — an experience that taught hard lessons and built real resilience. Back home, the duo started small, delivering meals from their apartment, eventually building and fitting out restaurants, student cafés, and office park canteens across South Africa.
Over the years, FraduGroup has grown through trial, faith, and grit — not theory. We’ve learned by doing, failing, and rebuilding stronger. From our first house development in Port Elizabeth to large-scale residential complexes, from steakhouse ventures to award-winning cafés and professional shopfitting — every project has been a step forward in both character and capacity.
Today, with operations in South Africa and Canada and future plans in the UK, FraduGroup remains rooted in hard work, practical wisdom, and a belief in staying focused on what we do best: creating spaces and experiences that last.
